They have the rudest, and most condescending, hosts that I've encountered at any casino. I would be shocked if their RTP is even 75%. This casino has the worst High Limit room out of any Southern CA casino. Also, they always tack on a mandatory tip (which highlights their demographic). You will usually have to wait a very long time (1 hour) for everything except for Black and Blue.
And people drive recklessly in their tightly packed garage. I'll be honest, I don't understand the popularity of this casino at all.
